Dida Boža brand is inspired by a real person – grandfather of the owner of Hermes International, company that produces Dida Boža spreads and tapenades. He was born in Dalmatia and devoted his whole life to fig and olive cultivation and wine production. He was happy, sociable and always had a smile on his face. Despite of working hard on scarse Dalmatian land, he never complained. Unfortunately he is gone so he can’t see how much his work and love for nature inspired his grandson to continue cultivating fruits and vegetables with the same love and passion as he did. Each Dida Boža spread and tapenade jar is prepared with lots of love, care and using the original Dalmatian recipe. Dida always said that "Nature’s biggest value is in the smallest of things", and it is our desire that in these little jars our consumers recognize the greatest treasures that the nature can offer.
