Preparation
1. Put the softened and strained cashews, coconut cream and vanilla in a blender. Mix until you get a thick cream without lumps. It is not necessary to add sweeteners because the jams give that sweet taste.
2. Coat the ice cream molds with jams, add cream and a little more jam and freeze.
3. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
